Project Description
In the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, NAOC is committed mainly to reducing gas flaring.
According to the World Bank, annual flaring and venting gas amounts to around 150 billion m3, which is equivalent to 30% of the EU’s consumption of natural gas. NAOC is playing an important role and has the objective of reaching zero routine gas flared by 2018.
